ADHD figures are exaggerated

Many think that technology has led to an increase in ADHD diagnoses. There have been many studies finding correlation between the two, but with such an aggressive hypothesis, attributing causation is extremely difficult. There are simply too many uncontrolled variables. That said, in addition to correlational relevance, logic tends to validate this hypothesis as well.

Prevalence of ADHD decreases substantially as altitude increases

Recent research has linked the thin air of higher elevations to increased rates of depression and suicide. But a new study shows there's also good news from up in the aspens and pines: The prevalence of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) decreases substantially as altitude increases.
